Every spot is 50 and 30 amp capable and comes with the same full hookups. The difference is the footprint, and the premium spots are the wider ones.
Standard
30 spots · 20 x 60 ft
Long and narrow, and a good fit for smaller RVs and travel trailers.
Premium
44 spots · 30 x 40, 40 x 40 and 30 x 50 ft
Wider spots with more room around the rig, for larger RVs and motorhomes.

Questions we get on the phone
What is included in the monthly rate?
Electric, water, septic, internet and trash are all in the one monthly rate. Laundry is on site and coin-operated, so that is the one thing you pay for separately. Internet does require a $150 modem deposit, which is fully refunded when the modem is returned.
What does a spot cost?
It depends on the spot size and how long you are staying, and groups usually get a better number. Give us a call at (432) 260-7556 and we will get you a quote.
Do you have 50 amp?
Yes. Every spot is 50 and 30 amp capable, and there is no price difference between them.
Do you rent RVs?
We do not, sorry. We rent the spot and you bring your own RV.
Do you take short stays?
The park is set up for monthly stays, and that is what most of our residents are on. If you need something shorter, give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.
Do you do group or crew rates?
We sure do. Call with how many people you are placing and how long they will be here, and we will work with you on it.
How do I pay?
Check, cash, Cash App, Zelle, or debit or credit card over the phone with our manager.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we welcome pets. We just ask that they stay on a leash and do not roam the park, so everybody stays comfortable. We cannot take aggressive animals.
Is there laundry on site?
Yes. Five washers and five dryers on site, coin-operated.
What if something breaks at night?
Give us a call. Maintenance runs 24 hours, because things do not only break during office hours.
