What is included, and what is not
One flat monthly rate covers your utilities. Here is exactly what that includes, what is on site, and what we do not have, so there are no surprises when you pull in.
In your monthly rate
One payment covers all of it
You pay one flat monthly rate, and that is the whole bill. There are no utility accounts to set up, nothing to transfer into your name, and no meter readings.

On site
Laundry, the office, and help when you need it
On-Site Laundry Facilities
We offer convenient, coin-operated laundry facilities located on-site, providing you with easy access to essential services during your stay. Please note that laundry usage is not included in the accommodation rate.
The laundry room has five washers and five dryers.
The office
The office is the smaller of our two buildings. There is a secure drop box there for cash and check payments.
Our manager is not in the office all day, so the fastest way to reach us is always the phone.
Ways to pay: check, cash, Cash App, Zelle, or debit or credit card over the phone with our manager.
Maintenance, 24 hours
If something goes wrong with your hookups, call us any time, day or night. Maintenance is 24 hours for residents.
For anything that can wait, you can also send a maintenance request online.
Pets are welcome
At Rangers RV Park, we warmly welcome pets. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not permitted to roam freely. We cannot accommodate aggressive animals.

What we do not have
We would rather tell you up front. We are a practical, well-kept park built for people who are here to work, not a resort.
- No trees, no pool, and no clubhouse
- We do not rent RVs, only spots. You bring your own RV.
